Spring Break is coming up and many people will be traveling and vacationing to other (warmer) places.  Here are some tips for staying safe while you are having fun.
Hotel rooms:

Reserve a room that is located above the first floor but below the 6th floor

First floor rooms are easier to break into
Rooms above the 6th floor are sometimes too high for fire ladders to reach

Use room safes for valuables
Make a mental note of where the nearest fire exits and stairwells are
Remember where you park your vehicle in the parking lot or …

Wow…it’s hard to believe that we are already half way thru the first quarter of 2010!  As I reflect on 2009, I remember something; well, one of many, things I have learned from my good friend CJ McClanahan, founder and CEO of ReachMore, and that is  remember to celebrate your victories. This is the first in my “What Would You Have Done?” series.  The unique thing with this series is that all these stories are based on true events.

A lady sits on a subway and is stabbed by a guy because she was looking at him.  What’s worse is nobody did anything to help.  Why are there so many stories like this?
